AIPM Ambassador Program · 2027

Applications for the 2027 AIPM Ambassadors Are Open

This is our second round. In 2026, our first cohort of volunteers wrote the first AI Toolkit, requested by more than 800 professionals, supported our Venture Lab by testing new tools before they were released, shared real AI use cases, and brought practitioners together in community events and calls. In 2027, we want to grow. If you use AI in your projects and want to help other project managers do the same, we would like to hear from you.

Where the 2026 ambassadors are based: 18 countries on 5 continents.

Round one

What the First Cohort Built in 2026

The founding group started in April 2026, and 45 volunteers applied to be part of it. Today 31 ambassadors in 18 countries work across three streams: AI in Real Projects, Best Practices & Frameworks, and Community & Growth. This is what they built.

Made by the Ambassadors

The AIPM Practitioner Toolkit

Thirteen ambassadors from eight countries wrote it: eleven practical tools for evaluating, approving, governing, funding and proving the value of AI initiatives, plus the guide that maps them. It is free under Creative Commons, and more than 800 people have requested it.

Real AI Use Cases

Ambassadors shared AI use cases from their own live projects, what worked and what did not, so other practitioners can learn from both.

Community Events and Calls

Ambassadors brought practitioners together in community events and calls, and shared what they learned with more project managers.

Testing PM Goal Before Launch

Ten ambassadors tested PM Goal before it launched. PM Goal is a free tool from the AI PM Venture Lab: it reads a CV or LinkedIn PDF and returns a project management maturity rating.

Round two

What We Want to Do in 2027

The first round showed what a volunteer group of practitioners can build. In 2027 we want more people doing this work. These are our plans, and they will take shape with the people who join.

More Volunteer Events

We want to expand the volunteer events, with more ambassadors taking part.

An Award Program

We plan an award program to recognize outstanding contributions.

Testing Initiatives, Ideas and Tools

Ten ambassadors tested PM Goal before launch. We are looking for more volunteers to try new initiatives, ideas and tools early and tell us what works.

A Newsletter

We plan an AIPM newsletter, and we want ambassadors to help write it with what they learn in their projects.

Papers

We want to write papers with ambassadors, based on what they see in real projects.

Real Cases and Frameworks, Continued

The 2026 work goes on: real AI use cases from live projects, turned into frameworks and playbooks other project managers can reuse.

Non-profit and voluntary

A Non-Profit, Volunteer Program

The AIPM Ambassador Program is non-profit. Ambassadors are volunteers: nobody is paid, and there is no fee to apply or to take part. You give your time and what you know.

Built for the Community

The initiative is voluntary, and everything the ambassadors produce and share is meant to support the community. One of the most important parts of the AI-Driven Project Management Revolution is what it gives the community for free: events such as the monthly webinar, articles, tools and toolkits, all shared to help project management develop.

What You Get Back

  • An official AIPM Ambassador digital badge
  • Early access to research, the Masterclass and new frameworks
  • Direct collaboration with Ricardo and Antonio
  • A global network of practitioners across 5 continents
  • Co-marketing support for your community work

Who can apply

Who We Are Looking For

Practitioners who use AI in real projects and want to share what they learn with other project managers.

What Helps an Application

When we chose the founding group in 2026, we looked at four things. Use them as a guide, not a checklist.

  • Project Experience

You lead or work on real projects.

  • Hands-On AI Use

You use AI in your own work, beyond reading about it.

  • Time You Can Give

A realistic idea of how many hours a month you can offer.

  • A Clear Contribution

A clear description of what you want to contribute.

How It Works

  1. Step 1: Apply

Fill in the form below. Your personal statement is where you tell us what you want to contribute and what you hope to receive in return.

  2. Step 2: We Review

We read the applications with these four points in mind.

  3. Step 3: We Get in Touch

If you are selected, we will contact you by email.

FAQ

Questions

I'm a 2026 ambassador. Do I need to apply?

Yes. Everyone applies for 2027, including current ambassadors. On the form, answer "Yes" to the 2026 question, and use your statement to tell us what you worked on and what you want to do next.

Is it paid? Is there a fee?

No and no. The AIPM Ambassador Program is non-profit and voluntary. Ambassadors are not paid, and there is no fee to apply or to take part.

How much time does it take?

That depends on you. The form asks how many hours a month you can give, from 1 to 2 hours up to more than 8. An honest estimate helps us more than a generous one.

Will I hear back?

We will contact selected applicants by email. We may not be able to reply to every application individually.
